Monya Bundy

Monya Bundy has over a decade of involvement in educational programming, and currently serves as a systems and compliance professional within the DC Public Charter School system.  Before joining this sector, she amassed experience working in politics, federal government, youth development, and television production, holding positions within the U.S. House of Representatives, Environmental Protection Agency, DC Public Schools, Viacom, and NBC Universal, respectively.  A highlight in her career includes her stint as an Americorps member, organizing school-wide initiatives to focus on mental health, financial literacy, and scholarship programs for high school students.  Ms. Bundy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from St. John’s University.
